WetFuel Application for Purchase Terms and Conditions. The undersigned hereby submits this credit application and acknowledges and agrees that the Creditor may employ external credit reporting services to gather information about the undersigned. The act of signing this agreement signifies consent for the Creditor to utilize consumer credit information for a thorough assessment of extending business or personal credit. WetFuel retains the right to request a new credit application and employ consumer credit reports for account reviews as deemed necessary. Payment is expected in full NET 10 of the delivery date unless otherwise specified on the invoice. The undersigned agrees to pay a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year) on delinquent balances, along with any reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and collection fees incurred during the collection of unpaid accounts. Any legal action will be held in Ada County, Idaho. All information provided will be treated with strict confidentiality. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
